Hello, I live in the Chicago land area and I have a 22″ Samsung T220HD LCD TV monitor, and it says “features a built-in full HD 1080p digital HDTV tuner”. I just did a scan of air channels on the tv, but the channels it is displaying looks normal and does not look like HD to me. I was wondering if I have to do something to receive HD signals?

The use of digital cable provider to be sure theyre actually broadcasting digital over cable box you could also check with your channels menu and see.
The use of digital over cable without looking at the manual would suggest that you should also check your channels menu and see if there is separate coaxial input for digital over cable box you could also check with your auto tune section.
