I found a lincoln penny wrapped in foil along with small off-white granules?
This was above my sun-visor in a used vehicle I purchased along with a sticker of buddha and some buddhist writings. My guess is this is either some type of good luck thing, or the white granules and penny that are wrapped in foil could be drugs? either way it is now in the trash and out of my car.
Sorry I did not properly phrase the question. Yes I am asking what this may be. By asking under the law enforcement category, I was hoping that maybe someone working in this field could advise what this is. I was thinking that if this is a common practice to wrap contraband with a penny in foil they coudl shed some light on this.
I assume you are looking for some sort of assurance that the penny is not illegal somehow. My guess would be that the penny is a good luck charm, and the white granules are silica beads, which are used to keep out excess moisture (to stop the penny from corroding). Silica beads are somewhat transparent, almost like hard plastic in feel, and are non-toxic. They are used all the time in pre-sliced peppernoni packages, or in musical instrument and/or gun cases. However, you can always stop at your local PD and express your concern over the granules so they can be examined, especially if they don't look like silica granules.

Actor Nicholas Cage was able to get upstairs at Graceland, by marrying Lisa Marie Presley. He even got to go into Elvis' bedroom and sit at the King's "Throne." This is the position Elvis was in at the time of his death. Cage was the only celebrity to make it upstairs at Graceland. Many celebrities have been turned down, even President Clinton.
Everything in Elvis' bedroom is said to have been left the way it was when he died. None of the items have been touched, not even the underwear or socks. There are still toiletries in the bathroom, such as cologne, toothpaste, medication, hair dye, and deodorant.
There are pictures of the upstairs of Graceland at linkydinky.com/graceland. It is not known for sure whether these pictures are real or not, but the site claims that they are the only real pictures of the 2nd floor of Graceland in circulation.
From the most common Elvis pictures, to the most rare, there are thousands and thousands of pictures. Trying to obtain every Elvis picture ever made would be almost an impossible task. My advice is to just find a few favorites and buy them. Hang them on your wall to enjoy. Long live the King.

From the research that I have done, the frame rate issue seems to be more game-related than tv-related. Almost all games are rendered at lower resolutions still (ex. 1280×1080 or 1280×720) so a lot of scaling is being done by the 360/ps3 or you TV. Choosing to be a 1080p Set is future-proofing. I dont want to have a set that cannnot handle things down the road. I think you would be making a wise choice going with the Panny, not just for the 1080p but because they make very high quality plasmas.

The 1080p sets have never really noticed framerate problem with either and plasma 1080p sets have played lots of fps on both lcd 1080p and can usually spot stuff like that well try to have played lots of fps.
